Return Policy

Understanding that second hand pieces have already been used, we are specific and selective on the condition of the pieces we carry.

• Heavy damages like cracked leather, broken piping, and torn base material, are not carried.
• Otherwise, marks that make pieces vintage include: patination on the leather, hairline scratches, and slightly tarnished hardware – all of which can be refurbished and restored by hand, are carried.  

Given that the pieces we carry are one of one, and in respect to other clients, once a good is marked sold, we fully honor the piece to the buyer, and we immediately inform other potential buyers that the specific piece is sold to a rightful owner already.

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the receipt of your order. If 7 days have gone by since receiving your item, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original Vittore cloth bag.

You may return or exchange your item/s if:

• Damaged item upon receipt
• Incorrect item upon receipt
